Default Fans in the Hospital

Good morning All,
I just wanted to ask if anyone still has Fans in their hospital or have they removed them completely? We have a great resistance to removing them completely. The COPD patients and Laboring Mothers seem to really "need" the fans and our nursing staff wants to help make them more comfortable. We were thinking of looking into the Hepa filtered fans to make Fan use more "safe" in the hospital environment. Has anyone else done this and if so what did you purchase for use in your facility?
Thanks for the help.

At most of the facilities I had worked for they removed the fans. Lets us know about your search for the Hepa filtered fans, please.

This is directly from HCPro: "In most cases box fans are safe to use throughout your facility, but there are a few places where consideration of negative air flow is required." We still use fans at our facility.
